Our Bootcamp class is a 1-hour full-body workout designed to increase strength, endurance, and power, while burning calories and fat. Class sizes are limited so our coaches can interact closely with participants. We provide constant guidance on form and exercise as well as motivation and encouragement.
Our workouts accommodate all fitness levels, and our private studio is a welcoming environment. Every workout is different to constantly challenge you and help move you toward your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.
Our Bootcamp sessions combine free weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, prowler/sled, medicine balls, tires, macebells, TRX, rowers, and treadmills. In the spring, summer, and fall, you can work out in our large outdoor arena to add more diversity to your workout and enjoy the fresh air.
