Nutritional guidance is always provided when you are a client at Brick House. As you progress in your training it is imperative that you address any nutritional imbalances. The approach at Brick House is to work towards simple and practical dietary changes that will support a healthy lifestyle, working towards a diet comprised of real foods, free of chemical additives, preservatives, colorings, sweeteners and flavorings, as much as possible. Adequate protein is essential, balanced with healthy carbohydrates and fats. As your trainer, I will provide the guidance to help you establish habits that will support a stronger, more lean physique and better overall health.

Very specific nutritional needs are referred to our affiliated Nutritionist Debi Bryk. Debi has helped hundreds of people improve their health and lose body fat with her techniques. Years of practice and research have given Debi the experience that makes her very effective at fine tuning individual diets to help you reach your ideal weight and health goals.

Mindful eating paired with purposeful exercise is how we will help you move towards wellness. We do not support crash diets, fad diets, diet pills, rapid weight loss programs, as we know years of practicing these behaviors leads to metabolic dysfunction. We aim to build a strong body, with a healthy metabolism that will help you maintain a healthy weight without struggle.
